Come out and join us for the Sooke Bike Club AGM. This is a great chance to hear what the club has been working on, what’s coming next, and how you can help shape the future of riding in Sooke.

 

We are currently seeking volunteers for several board roles:

• Secretary – meeting notes, organization, and communication

• Trail Maintenance Director – help coordinate trail work and maintenance

• Grants Director – assist with funding opportunities and applications

• Events Director – help organize races, events, and club gatherings

• Chamber of Commerce Liaison – strengthen community partnerships

• Group Ride Coordinator – organize social and club rides

 

We’re also open to new ideas and skill sets. If you have experience in areas like:

• Project management

• Communications / social media

• Sponsorship and partnerships

• Trail building

• Event planning

• Community outreach

 

…there’s a place for you on the team.

 

Board members can expect to contribute approximately 5–10 hours per month and attend a monthly meeting (summer excluded).
